I have bought the app, but it does not work properly
- Delete the app.
- Download it again from the App Store.

- Open the purchases screen in our app.
- Tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the screen.

I want to buy the app with a 50 percent discount for schools
For paid versions only:
- Set up an Apple School Manager account.
- Get a 50 percent discount on app purchases of 20 or more.

I have bought your conversation app, but the sound does not work.
- Is the sound switch in the "turn on" position?
- Does the voice in the app work only with headphones? If so, you have to clean the jacks - the headphone jack and the power jack.
