I have bought the app, but it does not work properly

  1. Delete the app.
  2. Download it again from the App Store.

For in-app purchases only:

  1. Open the purchases screen in our app.
  2. Tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the screen.

I have bought the full version on my iPhone, but I cannot see the full content on my iPad

I want to buy the app with a 50 percent discount for schools

For paid versions only:

  1. Set up an Apple School Manager account.
  2. Get a 50 percent discount on app purchases of 20 or more.

I have bought your conversation app, but the sound does not work.

  1. Is the sound switch in the "turn on" position?
  2. Does the voice in the app work only with headphones? If so, you have to clean the jacks - the headphone jack and the power jack.
  3. Can you hear the sound from other apps? If so, see item A in General Issues.
